Kristy has been grooming Pippin for almost all of the eight years we have had her. She has the perfect combination of qualities that make a person a good dog groomer. She is patient, she is smart, she is skilful, she loves dogs and most of all she is kind. Pippin is an intensely shy dog and is nervous and cautious when confronted with unusual situations. Kristy has the skills necessary to calm Pippin and make her feel comfortable and not threatened during the grooming process. In addition to these personal skills, Kristy gives Pippin a great haircut. She also pays attention to details; like the hair in Pippin’s ears, the hair between the pads of her feet, her toenails, and all the tangles or mats in her fur and anything else that needs attending to.
